Our therapy approach

At the center of our values is a deep desire to nurture relationships that center around our utter conviction in your unique spirit and ability to create change in your life. Here, we’re passionate about making the therapy process accessible, and making the change you seek attainable

We combine a variety of therapeutic modalities to build unique relationships that are the driving force of each therapy experience. That includes having the freedom to change things up when it’s not working, and running full steam ahead towards what is.

Your therapy is an individual expression of your unique being. From struggles to strengths, we seek to help you find your voice and sense of purpose through a combination of evidence-based techniques applied to your situation. Certain therapists at our practice accept Kaiser insurance for your Denver therapy needs.

We offer anxiety therapy, counseling for depression and more.

While we know that most individuals go through periods of stress and sadness, we see these times as windows for growth. We do not strive to pathologize or overly focus on diagnosis and instead want to focus on your current areas of stuckness and goals for your future self. Anxiety can take over and it’s certainly the mind/body communicating something to you. Depression or sadness can keep you wanting to stay in bed; and again this is information we see as useful information.

Together, we can listen and use information from within to help you move forward. A lot of times individuals may describe what they’re experiencing as “anxiety,” “depression,” or “trauma” but we work to see the whole of each individual and want to learn about all of it so that those parts can shift in way that align with the other parts of the self. We want to see someone come through our work together not only as someone without anxiety or without depression but instead, as a thriving, evolving, and intentional being.

The way is not in the sky. The way is in the heart.
— Buddhist quote
