(Contract Therapist)

I am a compassionate psychotherapist with a wealth of experience, dedicated to providing a wide range of clinical services. My journey into this field began over 6 years ago, and was fueled by a profound passion for helping others and my own commitment to personal healing and self-discovery. I completed my formal training as a clinical social worker, driven by the desire to make a positive impact on the lives of those I serve.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of guiding and supporting a diverse group of adults and adolescents as they embark on their unique paths to find greater peace and well-being in their daily lives. My areas of expertise cover a broad spectrum, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, complex trauma, crisis intervention, grief and loss, and providing guidance to young adults navigating life transitions.

In my clinical practice, I adopt a dynamic approach, drawing from various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness techniques, solution-focused brief therapy, and somatic therapies. I'm particularly excited to introduce ketamine-assisted psychotherapy into my practice, as it offers a powerful tool for profound inner growth, healing, and relief. Together, we will collaboratively design a treatment plan that aligns with your unique needs and preferences. Additionally, as the Colorado legislation unfolds, I’m thrilled to announce that I will be adding psilocybin-assisted psychotherapy to my practice in 2025.

My therapeutic approach is deeply personal and relationship-centered. I am committed to establishing a non-judgmental and safe space in every session, where I deeply respect and celebrate your innate wisdom and goodness. Each interaction with you is marked by compassion, a commitment to your safety, and a sincere sense of curiosity. I eagerly look forward to the privilege of supporting you on your unique journey toward health and healing.
