Sarah Bilinovich,SWC (she/her/hers)

(Contract Therapist)

Are you ready to work towards a more fulfilling and meaningful life?

To me, therapy is helping people have integrous, authentic relationships with self and others. How do you inhibit or enhance the process of relationship in your life? We will explore how you’ve learned to “stay safe” in the world and what is no longer serving you. I work with clients who are willing to explore a more nontraditional approach to therapy. I offer sessions both in-office and outdoors at local parks. Partnering with nature can allow us to facilitate an experience to process through and reflect on together; in a grounded, connected way.

Creating a space rooted in trust and compassion are important aspects of my work. I like to take a relational, nervous-system informed approach that allows for both safety and challenge in our work together. I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and I am committed to supporting you on that journey.

I graduated with my BA in Psychology from Ohio University in 2013. In 2023, I graduated with my Masters in Social Work from the University of Denver, with a concentration in mental health and a certificate in Human-Animal-Environment Interactions. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Gestalt Psychotherapy. I find both to be powerful modalities in helping people move through distressful patterns and beliefs.

In my free time, I enjoy hiking, camping, snowboarding, and spending time with horses. I also love yoga, live music, and seeing how many houseplants I can collect.

Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?
