I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet you where you are, helping you identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and developing new ways of relating to yourself and others.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over twenty years of experience providing therapy and life coaching services, I believe that meaningful change often begins when we are willing to approach vulnerability and discomfort with curiosity rather than avoidance. Growth can feel messy at times, I will work with you to move through that process and create a new, more intentional path forward. 

I am a wife, mother of three and an avid connoisseur of all things outdoors.
